This collection of paintings were originally acquired from
the estate of Nat Winecoff (Disney Promoter, circa 1950's)
who produced this series of images in an effort to sell some
of his ideas to amusement parks around the United States.
He hired a number of expert artists in the industry including
Bruce
Bushman and Dave
Constable to illustrate his ideas. Most of
the images drawn by Bushman were for a planned amusement park,
in California called "Bible
Storyland".
The balance of the artwork was created by Dave Constable and
were of various rides and theme areas for amusement parks.
Some of these rides may have been built at various parks around
the United States. The titles include: "Flume Ride",
"Grotto Restaurant", "Apacheland" and
"The Sombrero Ride".
There are about 75 images in this collection. The first four
to be published are now available. Additional images will
be made available in the near future.
